IMPORTANT TERMS THAT MAY AFFECT YOU AND HOW YOU USE THE SOFTWARE ARE CONTAINED IN IT. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE.

"THE HAWK" LICENSE AGREEMENT:

There is no guarantee that any account will or is likely to generate gains or losses comparable to those displayed; in fact, there are sometimes significant discrepancies between the performance results produced in theory and the actual outcomes eventually attained by any given trading program. One of their shortcomings is that hypothetical performance results are typically provided with the advantage of hindsight. Furthermore, there is no financial risk associated with hypothetical trading, and no hypothetical trading record can fully capture the financial risk associated with real trading.
